Habits blocking happiness

Introspection:

What are the habits that make us lose our happiness? Or turn your happiness into sorrow. Why be happy now? Many people who get used to living in misery wonder what is happiness and what is the need to be happy? Now when it is understood that the true quality of the soul is happiness, then this awakening comes that being happy is not about being happy, but I myself am the embodiment of happiness.

Reflections:

Different people have different reactions to the same situation. People who take everything easily, are not very critical, they come out of the situation easily. And move on to the next destination. And those who hold on to the old things, they make the further destination of life far away.

How are habits formed?

There are Hard habits and easy habits. Habits can be:
  • Physiological or habitual
  • Useful or harmful
  • Inherited or intended
  • Easy or difficult
Why does the category of good habits seem difficult and the category of bad habits is easy. Why is it hard to build good habits? Bad habits or harmful habits are formed quickly, reason? When desires kept in mind are not fulfilled, then our happiness disappears because of attachment there. Non-fulfillment of desires and wishing – this habit also blocks our happiness. Everyone has a different nature in the same situation, the ability to deal with that situation is different. It depends on how much work that soul has done on itself. From what point of view have you taken the same situation? The point of view of looking at any event or scene of life is very valid. Attitude is the only thing that can change the attitude of anything. Even in difficult situations, if there is an understanding to deal with it calmly instead of stirring, then even a big challenge becomes very easy to solve. There itself If the habit is to think in a difficult way, then the situation also becomes difficult.

Critical thinking/ Judgement behaviour-

Thinking too much for any thing takes your happiness. For that time, you your mind goes into too much to a situation that your mind is not able to think broadly. Why over thinking? When we have fear of something. We are not clear for anything and that thing is attached so much to one thing, it makes you to think too much for that matter.

How to rectify it?

Being open minded, thinking lightly to that situation. Not being attached but being an open mind can take us to think in an easy way.
Knowledge about the self:
Understanding the self first is the must thing fir being happy. Why happy? Since it’s the core quality of the self. Now I understood that its the core quality, it’s time to introspect one self and bring back the quality in use. Every time we have a choice to choose how to respond. Isn’t it? Now if I am tend to react in an old manner of reacting to a particular thing, I would make myself unhappy. That is, far away from ones reality.

Conclusion:

If I have knowledge about the self, I have that clarity of understanding that I can choose to be happy. When I’m happy I will respond pro actively to any kind of situation or circumstance that arose. When I will use this way of responding to everything that come to me, I will make a habit of self worth. And make myself and embodiment of real soul virtues.
