Most of the time, you are so surrounded by obstacles that you wonder where you can go with these obstacles. Now what is the obstacle? The pains that do not let you go to your right destination. And those who are an obstacle to your work. Are they really a hindrance to your work? Our understanding in this way is not to allow our work to happen. Because maybe the way is the same. What is hindering you, may be that can be the way.

This is what makes us free. Winning over a situation does not mean that you are able to win over a person, but it means that you are able to satisfy your mind. You become the master of your mind, your mind operates according to what you say. You are care free.
If you are able to make your mind understand at that time, you win over everything since it’s you only who can reverse the phenomenon of arising the problem through your thinking process/ pattern. Isn’t it?⇔

Affirming on the right consciousness:
Remind yourself again and again that I am the master of the situation.
I’m the master of every situation.
I know the way to pass through it.
Since I have created that consciousness of situation. So I’m the only one who knows the key to get out of it. And transform the situation into opportunity. Believing is the first step. Believing in the ownership of yourself. But to our own thoughts and actions.
Quit the struggle time:
You can quit the struggle time by changing the thinking pattern of your mind. Formula is reverse the sorrow action play. Be playful to every circumstance, then you will swing in that particular situation. And cross it like you had played a game. And you are the winner!
Will feel that the consciousness shift is only the matter of fact that to change for the good will.
Hitting the right spot: Hitting the right place:
Pointing out towards the right direction fits us in right shoes for the self. Then we don’t have to struggle too much to overcome odd scenarios.
There can be obstacles in our path that may come. Crossing them is only the way but not by hitting at the hindrance, but to let the self unshakable.
Reverse phenomenon of automated sorrow action play: By shifting to automated action play of happiness, satisfaction and bliss.- Check the belief system beside every thought arise,
- Shift the thought to mindfulness,
- Update the belief system by checking & changing it
- Automatically the thinking pattern will shift as the belief system (i.e., the root of every thought) changes.
- Now “think right; no matter what” will be on automated mode.
Taking the mind off problems: Techniques to overcome
- Make the self mouldable to adjust with scenarios and win over them.
- Affirming the self that I’m the master of situation. And so let the self to win over them by shifting the consciousness towards right approach of thinking.
