Do people affect your mood?

Establishing connections with people from all around the world is no longer a Herculean task. Previously, people would have to wait for days and even months before having a letter delivered. Information is easily accessible and hence the human mind often gets pressurised by all these data. Apart from these, we have to interact with a lot of people at our workplace, home, during commute etc. on a daily basis. Each one hails from a different background and possesses diverse attributes.

The majority of folks seldom take care of their mental health and therefore some behaviour might be difficult to accept. People nowadays do a lot of things without thinking and hence it is right to say that common sense is not so common anymore. Movies put forward different lifestyles and the public is fast to adapt to them to keep up with the trend.

Impact of people behaviour

When we ourselves vibrate at a lower frequency, people’s behaviour has an impact on us. We easily react to situations in the heat of the moment and later repent our actions. We experience negativity which radiates to every cell of our body and gives rise to several health issues.

Realising through self reflection on our weaknesses

The management of mental health equally becomes challenging and problems like depression, anxiety overpower us. We keep blaming the other person instead of taking personal responsibility for our own actions. We keep expecting them to change for us to feel good again. Even though we stop talking to them, we remain mentally connected and keep replaying hurtful scenes over and over. We keep entangled with the past and miss out on the beautiful present. Such behaviour only deepens the wound. We start questioning why did this happen and how did this happen and get caught up in further dilemmas.

Self-Care

In this existing chaos of the world, we have to take a personal guarantee to shield ourselves from such negativity.

The best way to do so is by adopting a spiritual way of being. We have to shift from body consciousness to soul consciousness. Soul consciousness is an elevated state of mind where you focus on the energy that drives this body. This energy is commonly referred to as the soul.

A soul is a point of light that is on a journey of several lifetimes. Death is a transition from one body to another. In each life, a soul is surrounded by different souls and experiences unlimited scenes. Each of those scenes creates an imprint on it and a habit is formed. This is why, twins despite looking alike, exhibit unique characteristics.

The soul virtues: Real virtues

A soul has divine virtues of peace, purity, love, bliss, power, knowledge and happiness. But it also harbours the vices of lust, anger, greed, attachment and ego in today’s scenarios. What one chooses to use, becomes an embodiment of that.

Meditation teaches us to connect to the Supreme soul and transform our age-old habits by taking powers from Him. It allows us to observe our thought processes as detached observers and eliminate weakness. It enables us to put full stops to scenes and accept them. In addition to this, practising affirmations every hour is a good way to monitor waste thoughts. This method is commonly known as traffic control.

Conclusion:

Everything that happens in life, is a reflection of own karmic account. And there is no escape from it. Practice acceptance and radiate blessings that can truly settle the account.
