HAPPINESS IN THOUGHTS NOT THINGS

Happiness: Where is it?

We often want to experience the feeling of happiness and we search for it everywhere. We associate this feeling of happiness with situations and people’s behaviour. Also, for some it can be spending money on shopping from the favourite brand or going on vacation with family, getting gifts and appreciation from others around us. The definition of happiness differs from person to person.

The only place where happiness exists and they don’t search is within themselves.YES!

You read it right.

Happiness lies within us. This is the quality we possess and are unaware of.

Reflecting the emotion of happiness:

Happiness needs to be constant emotion but we lose it because we have been living in the illusion that people’s behaviour and situations decide our state of mind. But, the truth is happiness is creating right and positive thoughts, irrespective of the situations and people’s behaviour with us.

Happiness: A choice?

Happiness is a personal choice and our birthright. As we already have it and had experienced it so we want to experience it again and again as it is a pleasant feeling.  The reason we don’t know it is because we assumed it to be dependent on others and situations.

Happiness is: When people are not my way, the situations are not my way but I still choose to remain stable inside. the mind is not cluttered with thoughts, it is still.  Making happiness dependable has been getting trapped in the world of illusion and seeking something we already have.

Happiness or desire fulfilment? Need to discern

In the world, to grow the business, the equation,” money can buy happiness” is used. The different companies use different taglines to attract customers to buy things from them. for instance,  The food ads we see on zomato, swiggy notifies that’ll experience the feeling of ultimate happiness by ordering the food from your favourite restaurant.’ The reason for them to have this tagline is to let people associate the feeling of happiness with food. The same goes for the travel companies who all offer trips to domestic and international destinations with taglines mentioning happiness can be going on vacation or taking a break from a busy working schedule.

Concluding:

However, the ultimate truth is that happiness is the emotion that only we can choose. it is solely dependent on ourselves.    Get connect to more divine writings…Click here If you have any queries related to lifestyle, ask your questions to rajyoga trainer. Sign up and ask here.
