1. “Knowledge is nectar and yog is fire, all your pain and sorrow will be removed by knowledge and yog.”
   In life we experiences lots of pain sufferings etc… sometimes it happens that one situation gets over other comes and other comes than other, So Baba says to finish all this pain, sorrow, sufferings and there is only one solution and that is knowledge and yog. Knowledge is like Amrit, if challenge comes and we doesn’t have knowledge of spirituality / Rajyoga then the challenge will rule over us. And if we are filled with knowledge of spirituality then we have the power to not get disturbed and face and overcome the challenge, though how big the challenge would be… so knowledge of spirituality is important but yoga is also important. “Yoga means Fire”.
2. Baba says that with the help of yoga we have to fire all our vices, sickness. Many of the times we just sit in yoga, but only by sitting in yoga will not work. We have to make our yoga so so powerful that with the help of that yoga fire our sanskars should be changed, our vices should be finished, our sickness should be finished.So power of knowledge of spirituality and fire of yog helps us to be stable and overcome all challenges in life.
3. Today Baba has given us the title of RAJRISHI which the best title… We in our life gets so busy, we only rush whole day, and we get so much entangled in our life’s that we forget that who have created us, why are we here, and most importantly who is with us all the time. Baba says how big the challenges come I AM WITH YOU. We forget that there is one friend who is always with us and that is BABA .
4. Baba has given us the blessing of BRAHMACHARYA BHAV. It means that our Sankalp, words, actions should be like Brahma Baba .. we should be “FOLLOW FATHER”. So in whole day we have to check that are our sanskars, words and actions are like that of Baba. If a situation comes we should visualize that if this would have come in front of Baba what would have Baba done? and have to perform our actions accordingly .. So our nature will become like Brahma baba. Those souls who will follow Father will reflect a sense of happiness and sweet silence from there presence anywhere.
5. “Those who have sense of Trikaldarshi and essence the sense of spirituality in doing service are serviceable.” TRIKALDARSHI :- means it means past, present and future. We should learn from our past experiences mistakes and we should be conscious about our actions what are we doing presently and what will be the consequences of that action in future. If our actions today are good and serviceable then a sense of purity and happiness can be felt from the soul and those are called the serviceable souls.
